Welcome to verkaro.org. We're a Santa Fe, New Mexico group that creates original audiobook recordings.

We produce original audiobooks free to the public in this way; when we raise enough money to pay for the production of a recording we release it under Creative Commons free to the public. Until the audiobook is paid for it is still offered as a free download to our listeners from this website but is excluded from authorized Creative Commons redistribution. In this way we raise the public awareness to the fact this is listener supported production.

We are thrilled to offer the audiobook Dear Mr. Musemeche, written and read by Peter E. Mayeux for your listening pleasure. It's rare (as in almost never) that we feel entirely comfortable publishing an audiobook we did not hands-on engineer at verkaro.org. Peter, in his warm reminiscence and sure delivery with the support of the Nebraska Library Commission engineers have made a touching personal audiobook we are glad to include in our library.
